• Sheen Mania: Charlie Sheen is making waves online following his ABC and TMZ interviews. Searches are spiking for everything from him being bi-polar, to his kids, and his in home rehab. Searches on Yahoo! are up 1189% for “Charlie Sheen interview”
• Leno Anniversary: The comedian celebrates his first-year anniversary back on The Tonight Show tomorrow. How is he faring in online buzz a year later? Well according to Yahoo!, searches for “jay leno” in Feb 2011 are down 48% when compared to the same month in 2010.

Surprise Trade: Searches for Deron Williams are up 2,291% on Yahoo! after today’s his surprise trade from the Utah Jazz to the NJ Nets, in exchange for two 1st round draft picks, Devin Harris and Derrick Favors. Was it the right move? According to Yahoo!, there are 4x more searches for Williams today than for Harris and Favors, combined.
• Baby Names: It seems more people are turning online to name their new arrivals. Searches today on Yahoo! for “popular baby names” are spiking 217% today and 72% of searches for “baby names” this month are from females. We’re seeing a trend for “unique baby names” and “uncommon baby names.”

• Doppelganger: Searches for Kim Kardashian’s doppelganger, “melissa molinaro”, who appears in an Old Navy commercial, is spiking 14,715% today on Yahoo! and has 2.11 times more searches than Kim herself. People are searching for her career, bio, and height.
• Brazilian Blowout: Some may now think twice about straightening their curly locks. Searches for “Brazilian blowout” are up 1,321% today on Yahoo! after studies showed the hair straightening process cause cancer.
Royal Dress Code: According to Yahoo!, searches today are up 1,175% for “what is a lounge suit” and up 725% for “what is a morning coat” after being listed on the dress code for the Royal Wedding.
